I think our user pages definitely need some work . My new site is up, running NodeBB: http://rolltheball.co/

I just launched a new forum using NodeBB for the youtube channel FullstackDevelopment here: https://fullstackdiscussion.com .
It's a modified version of the slick theme and so far i am impressed by the platform.
I researched alot of alternatives before choosing NodeBB. -
I've recently converted from IPB to NodeBB, although the site is still under development and we didn’t bother with transferring the last 13 years of data, it seems to be a hit with the community due to the speed of it.
Personally I find it easier to manage and update compared to IPB which broke our site with each upgrade and didn't really give much documentation.
Our theme is 'roughly' based on Rockstar's Social Club and I'm currently working on the frontpage in the background to match our old site.
It might look a bit 'empty' but the rest of the forums are hidden until you login.
Keep up the good work.

After having been called forum of the week on the 23rd May, I might announce it here now as well.
We are quite an old German speaking C++ community on the internet. It goes back to the 1997/98. The previous forum was opened in 2001 and was a phpBB2. We expanded and maintained that phpBB2 ourselves for 17 years until I finally had enough of the horrible code and design of 2001. I wrote my own plugin and migrated with a modified NodeBB. We took over post IDs and topic IDs, converted all BBCode (including our custom extensions) over to Markdown and thus took all the data with us. This means about 2.25 millions posts distributed over about 280,000 topics with nearly 35,000 users. The migrations plugin took 15-16 hours to convert all this data.
So far quite happy with the new forum. It opens up a lot of new possibilities for us. Also helps with search indexes since it is now mobile friendly. Also it is now mobile friendly . I think the majority of the community is also happy with the modernization and new users to the site will probably be more familiar with such a modern design and with Markdown.
We are still missing some stuff from the previous forum and have some open wishes for additional features or improvements. But I will work on this stuff and hopefully share it via core contributions or plugins with the community of NodeBB.

@brophy Ooh, I quite like that customisation you've going on for the theme. I was a die hard Vice City fan when I was a kid
It looks better now that I've fixed the missing background haha.

Since the 7 June, Minecraft Forge France, a community around the modding minecraft is running with NodeBB. We made a custom theme based on persona.
We also made some plugins for our needs and some of them are published on npm (I will present them in the appropriate section).
The migration from MyBB was difficult but we do not regret our change!
