Import plugin issues

Hi, I've tried to test this nodebb-plugin-import with the latest nodebb version, but if i call the plugin view in the admin-dashboard, I got the error : Plugin not loaded and I cant click any buttons. Is it only possible to use this plugin for a lower nodebb -version and is there any other product I can use to migrate data in the latest version?
Because of setup errors, we think about using cloud nodebb instead of self hosting, but at the moment I am not sure how to import data from another forum with a complete different datastructure. -
