Widget Area for Columns L & R

@baris is it possible to extend the widget support to the column L & R areas?

It is possible though it requires going through each template and adding some markup and then some javascript code on the server side to define the area to make it show up in the ACP.

One problem is all the sidebars in harmony are defined as sidebar but I believe they are all on the right side, so it maybe it requires changing those to sidebar-right and adding new sidebar-left areas.

@baris Sounds great might I suggest and/or numbers sidebar-one sidebar-two etc. etc. if they have a more non-local quantum type theoretical existence and you end up with more than two in multiple locations all at once!

I'll assume it's in the "someday" pile, looking forward to it.
