Setup OGProxy for use in NodeBB

I decided to make a client/server/proxy version of @julian nodebb-plugin-link-preview that runs client side rather than server. For me, there are a number of reasons as to why I wanted to run this client side (mostly for speed and load, but there are others)

This is in full working order on my production site, plus a full guide and access to the source (which you are free to fork or offer PR's for)

What happened?
The owner of this website (sudonix.org) does not allow hotlinking to that resource (/assets/uploads/files/1686667396873-cdcee78b-5b63-4762-943f-5ae25f3301f2-image.png).

@brazzerstop yep. Already discussed with Julian. Hotlink protect is enabled on my domain. I've seen numerous cases whilst writing the server sudonix uses, and so I fill the gap with a pretty 404 image.
