Plugin nodebb-plugin-insult-filter

@baris @julian is there any possibility of forking this to NodeBB and making it compatible with v3? I use this on my own forum, but it doesn't seem to work properly under v3 with the below console error

Best bet would be to have us make a pull request with the fix.

We can fork it out to nodebb-community if absolutely necessary.

@julian Good luck. No activity for 4 years. Note that nodebb-plugin-insult-filter and nodebb-plugin-beep are basically the same thing.
