— well that's embarrassing. Why can't I figure out my own plugin.I generated a new API key and gave it access to the Tenor API, and it works... sometimes. Then sometimes doesn't...
I then went to the quickstart page and generated a key there, which oddly doesn't have it show up in my credentials page at all (which is kind of weird), and that worked... sometimes... then sometimes doesn't...

- The original v1 key (prior to upgrading the plugin), I generated on the Tenor site
- The new v2 key (after upgrading the plugin), I generated via https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials
- I then generated a new key via that Quickstart page, above, yes.
- I now just copied the key I used on my dev instance (which was also generated from that quickstart page, just a week prior) here, and it seems to be working.

@phenomlab It was quite weird, it would work, and then I would put in a query, and it wouldn't work, but if I modified the query, it would work again. I do cache query results on server-side now, but that is cleared whenever NodeBB restarts, so... still confusing.
