Tag styling -- more subtle?
-
The tags in the topic list jut into the left column a bit, and color boldness might distract a bit.
If they were lighter (for example, very light grey background with darker gray letters, or light blue background), perhaps it would fit in better?
Similar to these forums: here, here, and here.
I'm also not sure how to best fit them into a topic list...if a tag column on its own might take up too much room.

.35
is hard to read IMO.
Try0.45
because of the body background color. Shows up better on certain monitors. -
@julian That works too. Anything below
.4
is pushing it.
EDIT: Also, on thecategories.tpl
the tags look better under the

I know this is off-topic a bit, and can definitely wait, but I noticed at a certain viewport I can't see the num of posts and views. I think that counts as not majorly important but semi-critical for the user experience.

EDIT: the tags page is a bit buggy when searching. Those
x#'s
shouldn't be visible this was intended, which I doubt.A subliminal to @psychobunny lol.

I'm currently in the middle of reworking these now that I'm more clued up on the templating system. My category pages currently look like
However I also want to do the widget as well, could some nice soul tell me where I find the codings for the Tag Widget. Much obliged. If anyone likes it, I'll supply the code (it requires template changes)
I'm going to drop them back on the right and remove the break after the "posted x days ago by Y" as topics with tags look larger on the category pages,
