How can i resetup nodebb?

i have setup nodebb but my admin account can not login ,so i want to reset it ,because i set it in docker ,i don't want to do redo the docker things,so can i have a easy method to reset nodebb?

If you just need to reset your admin account, you can do it like this:

lost admin password
