Cannot find any string to translate.

Hi!
I'd like to contribute to the Russian translation. There are some untraslated things as well as incorrect translations.

But I wanted to start with a suggestion. I would like to translate this item:

(It can be translated in a more compact way without loosing the meaning.)

But I just can't find it on the rtansifex.com. I used search field in many different ways but unsuccessful.

Could you, please, describe the process of searching for necessary strings to translate from the moment when I spotted it on the NodeBB forum till the next version release?
Or maybe there is a faster way to get translation done at a currenly running forum?

This wasn't easy to understand how to get to that string from the rtansifex.com home page, but now I got it.
Still have a couple of questions:

1. What system do you use to find specific strings for translation? Or you do it by memory, just because you know where the things are?
2. And vice versa: if I found an untranslated item, how can I refer to the page where it is located to see the context? Like this one, for example:
