Multiple Community?

Hi, I am looking for something similar. It is an old post but is it possible now?
I need to host multiple communities with different URLs but shared databases.

@piyush the other topics is about sharing the set of users between multiple forums. You say you want to share the database. What do you want exactly?

@piyush anything is possible. It's a question of how much time and programming experience you have, or how much money you're willing to spend to make it happen.

It's not currently a bolt in feature of NodeBB, nor do I know of any plugins which enable it.

I think the easiest way to achieve this is to create your user register/login system outside of nodebb and use session sharing plugin on each of the communities. When users login on your system they will be logged in on all the nodebbs.
