Question | Install plugin without server access

I'm admin of the forum,
but I do not own the server and do not have access to it.
Is it possible to install a github plugin now without access to the server but only to the forum admin board?

Yes, ACP>extend>plugins>find plugins. You can install plugins from there.
Just a note that this only includes plugins published to npm with correct nodebb compatibility information in plugin.json and it might take a few hours to load a new version of the plugin if it's updated.

The recent cards plugin exposes a widget which you can place on your site. You can access it from the Extend -> Widgets page.

ACP -> Extend -> Widgets:

Apply widget to "Categories" tab only, not "Global" or any of the others.
