How dumb is my question... where is it?

Where is the delete category button, or delete sub-category button/option, I'm looking but huh... I'm sure there is more than "disable", but hmmm... I'm sure I used this function before... somedays, the penguins...
Yea of course... you know I looked at that, but being a bit tired and not enough coffee, the motor signal to click mouse button didn't fire in time and I got distracted to something else!
PURGE is the wrong word here

Perhaps consider changing that to DELETE, purge is a less than final action - purge indicates a clean out of a category but not a deletion of the category wholesale.
My 2cents. 
The way we use "purge" is for clearing out an item from the db, so in our eyes, the nomenclature is correct.
The function is specific to removing the category from the database. We are careful to not call it deleting because deleting implies that it can be "undeleted", whereas you cannot unpurge something.
