welcome page error

Hi,

When someone login to the forum, they are directed to:

https://mywebsite.com/forum/https://mywebsite.com/forum

So it gives error. Apparently, everyone is having the same problem ,when they login.

we have just switched to 1.12.2, we did not have this problem before.

And we do not put any link in notification setting. We have tried many different variations but couldn't figure out a way.

How to solve this? Any recommendation?
