Favourite food?

Alright well I guess I started this with the intro yourself thread, and then somebody started a coffee thread. Well I'm hungry (although I really should just go to bed now and give up on that badges plugin for today) so here goes. What's your favourite food?
I'm a carnivore at heart. I love my steaks blue rare, and man do I love a good rack of lamb. I absolutely love sushi and I guess you're seeing some sort of pattern here, raw vs cooked - if it's still mooing I'll eat it. (Sorry if I offended any vegans!) As a Malaysian I've fortunately grew up with all sorts of awesome food from all kinds of cultures in the south east, you've really got to try it out.

chicken hearts , they're just awesome together with rice of cause...
I'm a vegetarian**+**
I love meat -
@psychobunny I also prefer my meat pretty rare. Anything above medium rare is just horrible. Taste all burnt up and dry to me.
I'll eat anything and try anything, well anything except sprouts and cucumber.

As a lover of cheesecake and all things ice cream, it's kinda funny/appropriate that I just took a hiatus from a PhD program in nutrition. Here's the stackexchange 1.0 site I used to moderate -- a lot of people eating a lot of strict diets.

@Scuzz Didn't you read my user-name? It's "eat the cucumber!" in english

Steak straight from a charcoal grill that had been soaked in a special marinade for several hours prior to cooking.
Or
Bacon.

haha interesting. I've tried two kinds of cultures that cook that, one is Brazilian (they just drop it on the grill and BBQ it on skewers) and the other is a south Indian dish with other parts of the chicken. Both are yummy, I wonder how you German's do em?

@psychobunny First roasting a bit, afterwards boiling. Together with rice and curry, much curry it's just awesome

@frissdiegurke Hahah! I dont read German and i dont want your cucumber!
