Yes you can use them inside the AMD module but keep in mind once you add an event listener on the window object it will be called everytime there is an action:ajaxify.end. If you don't want it triggered after you leave that page you need to turn it off with $(window).off('eventName', myMethod)
Show GitHub stars, forks, npm Downloads beside plugin list.
Frankly speaking, nodebb's plugin system is a bit broken.
It is hard to find plugin we want.
Possibly show GitHub's stars and forks count beside plugin list, would be good. If possible also add sort options.
Ideally you guys should make a plugin store like WordPress has.
No need to mince words, we do know the plugin system needs work
However that is the consequence of a system where third-party developers can publish whatever plugins they want. We do want to integrate some sort of store at some point, but it is not a priority for us at the moment. However, do know that we are aware that installing plugins via the ACP is a little hit-and-miss
Oh, a plugin store would be nice.
And also if you guys want more third-party developers to make plugins for nodebb, you should write the development docs properly that other developers can contribute. I had a hard time in figuring out the things while writing my first plugin for nodebb.
