cannot post topics or reply on nodebb v 1.10.2

hello..am using nodebb v 1.10.2 and node v10..and hosting on localhost
**every time i try to create a new post or reply to one..the "new topic" and the "reply" button does not do anything..**i have tried uninstalling all my plugins but all is still the same..solutions please

Have you tried rebuilding or resetting plugins?
