Hey all, haven't touched this last weekend although I wish I could! (was really busy with other stuff) Just letting you all know its still on my mind, and I can't wait to finish this. You should see my whiteboard

Ah it sucks right now, I need a few more weeks to get this working properly.
There was something like 300+ plugins developed for the original mod. I haven't mass-emailed the developers just yet but I'm hoping that a few of them will swing by and port their stuff once I get this finished. Kinda cool that a few of the above were already part of the NodeBB community but knew about ADR from before!

Just goes to show you never know who is lurking on the 'net
I had a game on my old BBS that was similar. It's the simple games that become the most addictive.

I think the most famous BBS game is probably LotGD (original LoRD), maybe that's the one you're talking about

Legend of the Red Dragon was pretty good.
The Pit was dominating!!!

Never got into LoRD but definitely did a lot of work with LotGD, loved that game, spent a lot of time adding cool stuff to it once upon a time

I remember at midnight every night my BBS lines were slammed with TradeWars, LORD, The Pit people wanting to rock out their daily turns. I think I still have my original paid copy of The Pit somewhere on 3.5" disk or maybe even 5.25" somewhere. The mail order wait back in the day to get these things was insane compared to the click and own world we have now!!

Played destro warlock in competitive arena for couple of years, missed on S4 arena title by a touch. And yeah who kept kicking my ass? Those damn mascara rouges.

Assuming wow I was a 60 rogue speced in subt. Loved torturing the guild from the comic book website I forgot their name. I chased the sites owner and his wife everywhere killing them over and over to the point my name was being cursed on their forums

@Oroton I don't believe it's close to being done, but in the first post is a link to github, on the right of github, you'll see a small bar with a link, copy that, then clone it into your node_modules using
git clone urlreplace URL with the link you copied.It will then appear in your plugin menu on nodebb.
Don't forget you also need the cash mod.

@psychobunny Is this new version of Open Fantasy standalone? or is it dependent on NodeBB?
Will you support it on your openFANTASY forum?

Cool plugin! This reminds me of the MyBB's games mod. Might wanna check here (MyBB was popular back then due to ease of plugin installation, as far as I can recall).
