Assuming wow I was a 60 rogue speced in subt. Loved torturing the guild from the comic book website I forgot their name. I chased the sites owner and his wife everywhere killing them over and over to the point my name was being cursed on their forums

You want i can translate it !
-
Where can you download this version, No link to it on OpenFANTASY Either??
Thanks @psychobunny

@Oroton I don't believe it's close to being done, but in the first post is a link to github, on the right of github, you'll see a small bar with a link, copy that, then clone it into your node_modules using
git clone url
replace URL with the link you copied. It will then appear in your plugin menu on nodebb.
Don't forget you also need the cash mod.

@psychobunny Is this new version of Open Fantasy standalone? or is it dependent on NodeBB?
Will you support it on your openFANTASY forum?
-
Cool plugin! This reminds me of the MyBB's games mod. Might wanna check here (MyBB was popular back then due to ease of plugin installation, as far as I can recall).

@Oroton I believe @psychobunny means for it to be reliant upon NodeBB, though his plans for the future, I cannot say
haha yeah, this version of ADR will be completely reliant on NodeBB. ADR is OS so if anybody wants to build that standalone they're more than welcome to

In phpBB we had something similar called the Arcade MOD by Defender. It was really cool, something like 500+ flash games were compatible with the highscore / cash system. Maybe one day, port to NodeBB
-
Like actual GM and creating a map etc? Maybe one day But the battle does follow classical DnD rules / formulas
-
@psychobunny No, not like that in the common sense. Maps and images can be inserted, that's no biggie. I was thinking more along the lines of multiple topics(modules) where a user can create different aliases/characters with their own stats. And a dice roller, of course
PS: dungeonmaster.ru is an example of whaat I want it to be like.

Definitely my pet project, it has been for a while from phpBB days a good 10 years ago. I'd love to continue it and definitely would love to find some of the old developers who have hopefully picked up node.js over PHP

Amazing. I google Advanced Dungeon's and Rabbits the other day to see if there is any new information on it and I find that the RPG system is not only still around, but that some work is being done to bring it back to life. I love those screenshots, it looks exactly the way that I remember it did back in the day. I never had a lot of experience with too many other BBS systems. I donated some money to a site and we got Inferno RPG, but to be perfectly honest, compared to ADR it sucked. I'm definitely bookmarking this board, I want to keep up to date with any information that I can. Keep up the incredible work, you've got quite a few cheerleaders here for you!
