Problem in Email verification
-
I'm sorry, but your screenshots are completely useless if they don't reflect the values you were actually using.
-
Under custom service, the "SMTP Host" and "SMTP Port" are empty. What did you have them set to?
-
What custom service are you using? The custom service setting isn't magic, you have to provide that information if you're going to use it.
-
I don't know , I never did that setting .
How can I know that, I will check that !!
How can I know those values i.e "SMTP Host " and "SMTP Port" ?
-
What are you trying to accomplish? What do you expect the Custom Service setting to do?
If you want to use that Gmail account to send emails, then select the Gmail service instead of Custom Service.
-
What you are saying and the questions you ask make no sense, which demonstrates you are very confused over the purpose of the Custom Service setting.
Those values are something you get from the provider of the custom email service. The custom service feature is so you can use services that aren't in the list.
Please answer the questions I asked.

I got your point .
Thing is my customers were getting verification mail from my website. This problem arises in last 5 days.
I use hostgator for my server setup .
how can i know which custom service I was using ?

You obviously didn't.

This problem arises in last 5 days. You probably weren't using a custom service, it was just using the built-in local emailer. Like I said earlier, it is most likely spam filters which are catching your emails, as the local emailer has no trust factor.
how can i know which custom service I was using ?
I can't possibly tell you what custom service you were using. If you never entered anything into those fields, you were never using a custom service.
Answer these questions:
- What are you trying to accomplish?
- What do you expect the Custom Service setting to do?
If you are trying to set up an email service to deliver emails for your site, you can try using Gmail. Select the Gmail service in the list, and then enter the credentials for a Gmail account in the respective fields.

I guess you are right.
What are you trying to accomplish?
Ans. I want customers should get verification email once they register on website after clicking on which they can post their topic. What do you expect the Custom Service setting to do?
Ans : I got your point of custom service . If i use gmail service . Then how can i get my the credentials for a Gmail account in the respective fields -
@abhinov-singh if you select Gmail in the service list, the custom service fields will disappear because those settings no longer apply. All you then need to do is put the Gmail username and password into the two fields. You already have a Gmail username and password in those fields in the screenshot, so I'm unsure where the confusion is.
