OK... removing the port, :4567 - helped with the Google SSO to finally work.
just "https://digital.nomadic.cloud" - and it's working fine.
I know that during the set up process (tried 5 times previously), ensuring the port here made a difference with making something else work.
When I see that bug again, I will post that separately.
and.. thank you
@Nicolas-0 said in Nodebb Error:
HI, I have error to install nodebb in debian:
16/1 22:29:48 - error: [build] client side styles build failed
You probably ran "npm audit" which threw out four less vulnerabilities and prompted you to update less to fix them, which broke the client side styles build step of NodeBB.
Fix it by downgrading less to the supported version by running "npm install firstname.lastname@example.org".
That should cause the next ./nodebb build to process correctly.
So, I just tested leaving the allowed filetypes-field blank (ergo allowing everything) and that worked. The mov-file gets uploaded flawlessly.
But interestingly the response is:
Adding just the mov extension to the allowed file-extensions blocks it again.
Now the response suggests to me somehow, that nodebb is converting the uploaded file to a .qt-file.
So I just added the qt-extension to the allowed files and it works.
It's really weird behavior, but I found a solution. Thanks for participating everyone!
