I'm currently using an Ubuntu server and I want to install Wordpress and NodeBB, for example:
mydomain. com (Wordpress)
forum.mydomain. com or mydomain. com/forum (NodeBB)
I tried some things but failed. NodeBB need to be installed with Node.js and Wordpress with Apache or Nginx, but there are some conflincts when I'm using both.
I've searched and read some topics but none helped me (not my situation or didn't understood them).
Thanks for your help!
I have attempted to install the emailer-mailgun plugin and end up with an error. When I install from the ACP an ENOENT, open error is displayed, momentarily, referencing a path in the plugin that does not exist. The path error is:
Error ENOENT, open '/path to my installation/node_modules/nodebb-plugin-emailer-mailgun/node_modules/mailgun-js/node_modules/form-data/node_modules/mime/package.json'
The form-data directory is not there.
I am running Nodebb v0.9.3 and the emailer-mailgun plugin is reporting itself as version 1.0.0.
Has anyone else run into this problem and is there a work around to resolve the problem?
Edit: This is a low priority issue. I installed the nodebb-plugin-emailer-local-bobo plugin and was able to configure it to use Mailgun just fine. I am using the SMTP settings as opposed to the API call but that is fine for my usage.
I'm trying to install NodeBB using the CentOS documentation for install and am admittedly a noob. Things seem to go well until I get to installing the Development Tools in step 3 (https://nodebb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installing/os/centos.html).
I get an error that says Error: Package: intltool-0.41.0-1.1.e16.noarch (base) Requires: perl(XML::Parser).
However, I'm pretty positive I have the 2.44 version of the Perl XML Parser installed. And, my Perl version is v5.10.1 - any help would be amazing.
Thanks in advance!
