If I use IE11, there's no problem,it works.

I'm suspecting you're talking about an infinite loop of redirects? I'm not having any problems using Edge here, I suspect this could be a cache issue.

Yeah, I'd try clearing browser info and trying again... sometimes it keeps old 301 redirects, but what it could be, who knows!

I've been able to reproduce this. Working on finding the bug right now.
