@blue-cat I imagine this best being accomplished through the reputation system. If one were to create a category called "Introductions" that did not require any reputation to post, but all other categories required some reputation, then new users would only have the option to post in the "Introductions" category. However, from what I can tell there is not currently the option to require minimum reputation before posting to categories. I hope someone has a more usable answer.

I have a quick question for registrations, I would like to disable normal user registrations and only allow Alternative Registrations to be used and only specific registrations only. Is there a way in the config to allow only Alternative Registrations?
Or do i have to modify the register page and remove the local registration fields and replace with only the Alternative code?

I'm aware of this option, but if you disable registration it disables Alternative SSO too. My question is will i have to just modify the registration page to only allow SSO instead of local? Or I guess turn on Admin invite only would Alternative Login SSO work still?
