@abhinov-singh you can't expect urgent help when you reply months late yourself. You can Google how to check if mongodb is running, which would be faster than asking here if it's actually urgent.

I think problem is of restricted access , how to correct it .
I am using hostagtor VPS centos 6.9 server

How to make it correct ?

What si the "url" value in config.json? It should be set to exactly the URL at which you access the forum.
