NodeBB email warning, how do I setup mail?

Maybe there's something I'm not doing right but every time the application tries to send an email it gives this warning:
warn: [emailer.postageapp] Unable to send `reset` email to uid 103!!

What does this mean?

Hm... looks like your postageapp plugin was unable to talk to the postageapp server. Is the API key set up properly?

Okay it works, it took about 5 hours to propigate but we have another problem here; and I will submit it on Github because it's a bug.
http://community.nodebb.org/reset/d6e3eac8-370b-46e4-860e-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx redirects back to reset.tpl and doesn't use reset_code.tpl
