Meta tags do not get new value on navigation across topics

When we change topic without pressing refresh button in browser, the meta tags do not get new values. They take value of first visited topic and keep it same for other topics.
NobeBB version: 1.4.2
Browser: Chrome

On sharing these topics, they get title value of first visited topic. Is this browser specific.

Is there a custom widget solution around this.

As it can be seen title of the topic is different from, meta tags title property.

@Jenni-D'Silva if you share the topic it's a permalink. The meta tags should be correct in the share.

Meta tags only matter for SEO and that sort of thing, which use raw loads anyways, so I don't see the issue.
