Modifying groups doesn't take effect

Initially i added user1 to group1,
only group1 can have access to category1.

Now i delete user1 from group1, i found user1 still have access to category1.

Bug or feature ?

@ningji you should delete that user on category mod side also.

@cagatay Did check the category privileges settings, only "Global Moderators", "spiders", "Group1 users" are allowed to view category1.

What i'm afraid is once a while i saw "This action cannot be undone"

you did it just admins and mods panel? if yes pls also check on admin panel/users/user/actions/edit groups and delete groups from user.

then pls rebuild & restart your nodebb.

@cagatay yes i did from admin panel.
Followed what you said and checked again, not groups for this user.

Why do i need to rebuild ? this'd be a configuration issue.
Version v1.18.6

I can live with it for now since my site is still in testing.
But want to report this.
