Recent API is returning only a limited number of topics !!!!

Hi,

I am facing an issue with the limited number of topics that I am getting from the Recent API. Is there any way by which I can get a list of all topics irrespective of my categories?.

I am looking forward to your response.

@esha I have no idea why my name is mentioned here, because I have no affiliation with NodeBB whatsoever, I'm just a user. Furthermore, I have no idea with anything about NodeBB's API and stuff like that.

@pitaj Glad you replied. I want a way by which I can get all the topics by one call. I have tried /api/recent, but unfortunately I returns only latest 200 topics.

Obviously we can't return every topic all at once because there are forums with hundreds of thousands of topics. That's why we paginate them.

Are you already handling pagination? There shouldn't be a limit to the number of pages you can traverse.

@pitaj Fortunate that you are taking interest in my issue. But I am creating a custom feature of exporting all topics irrespective of categories so according to it I want all the data related to topics [with its posts] at once.Looking forward for your valuable feedback.
