After rebooting my hostagator server i get following error

My nodebb is not running
Also, I am not able to take mongo DB backup as I am not able to run mongo commands .
I am really worried about my data , Is my mongodb database data safe ?
please help, what should I do

That depends... how did you install MongoDB? Likely the data is just intact, and you'll want to take a look at the MongoDB logs to see why MongoDB cannot start.

If on Ubuntu, they'd probably be in /var/log/mongodb

And maybe make a backup copy of your mongodb data dirs (while it is not running) and stash it somewhere safe before mucking about too much further.
