No Upload Picture Option On Android Chrome browser

Hi there,
I am building a new Forum for Surfing pictures, its https://wavesreport.com. So it is crucial that users can upload picture from their mobile phones and we noticed that everything works fine on Iphone but on Android we don't see an option to upload picture and only the one to refer a link.
I am attaching a screenshot. Is it something we are doing wrong?

Have you tried swiping along the bar to scroll the tool icons to the left, revealing more? I attached the following screenshot from my Android phone.

haha! you are right!... Thank you! I do not use Android myself... and the person that used did not see that... and I had a quick look and couldn't find it either... good stuff! thanks again!
