Installation stops

Hello, I am trying to install NodeBB for the tenth time. However, it always stops when at the package download.
I also tried it on my PC, but there is the same problem.node -v v10.15.3 npm -v 6.4.1./nodebb setup package.json not found. Populating package.json... OK Dependencies outdated or not yet installed.
