Can't edit profile template

Copied Persona template files on a child theme to make some customisations and I'm stuck with an issue. I want to rearange things on user profile but I can't edit the template.

With browser inspector I get <div widget-area="sidebar" class="col-lg-3 col-xs-12"> for the sidebar part and <div class="col-lg-9 col-xs-12"> for the main part. Unfortunatelly I can't seem to find them in any profile related .tpl

Should I look anywhere else? Thank you for any help.

@PitaJ Looked 2 times and didn't find anything. That's strange.

Oh sorry I wasn't paying attention. Those two aren't in any templates afaik. They're added by the widget system.
