Scrolling doesn't work on pinned threads on mobile.

We have a couple of pinned thread and when you try to scroll down on mobile it doesn't scroll if you put your finger on one of the pinned thread titles.

We're on 1.6.1. Could be related to the previous bug fix with scrolling tables.

Chrome on android.

The issue happens when you put your finger over one of the pinned threads and try to scroll down. The only way it scrolls down for me is if I put my finger on one of the sides.

I see on desktop if I try to drag that post title it tries to rearrange it, so perhaps that feature is interfering with mobile?

That's really odd... Because I still can't reproduce it and I'm trying to swipe to scroll all over those topic labels and it's just working fine for me

@julian that's really weird. I'm on chrome 61 on android 5.0 lollipop. Now I know how my users feel when I tell them u can't reproduce their bugs.

Should I post a video or something?

@julian tested it on the same chrome version as me and it worked fine on a galaxy s7 edge.

Still doesn't work for me on the galaxy s5.

What would be? I think maybe my version of android is sending a different touch signal then higher versions of the OS. I don't know much about mobile site development, but I believe it's not click they're listening for? Do you guys know where the code is for the rearranging of the pinned threads?

@dangeRuss Hey, you're not going to like this, but...

I just tried Chrome 58.0.3029.83 on a Samsung Galaxy S5 via Browserstack and... am unable to reproduce Time to start uninstalling apps and plugins to see what the culprit is...

Does it happen here too? If so, then it is possibly an issue with the apps on your phone. If not, then might be plugin-related.

I have the same issue (both Chrome 62.0 and Firefox Focus 2.5) on Android 8.0 (Pixel XL). Although, my issue is slightly different that originally reported (can't press on sides to get anything to scroll if nothing but pinned topics are visible).

Scrolling on non-pinned threads works fine. Scrolling on pinned threads doesn't work.

@eric-ladner do you mean within a pinned thread (like scrolling through the posts) or on the thread entry on the category page?

I previously had this issue. It only affects admins who have the rights to change the order of the pinned topics which is why it's unlikely others can't reproduce on the OPs site.
However since 1.7 (could be Chrome 64) I no longer have the problem.
