Weird Stuff in Admin Panel After Upgrading

Everything seems to be running fine except the admin panel looks strange.

The site title is acp-title. The active users area and plugin install area also look weird as evidenced in the images below.

Any thoughts on what I might have done wrong? This was my first time upgrading. Went from 1.4.0 to 1.4.2 using the documentation here (https://nodebb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/upgrading/index.html)

@teh_g yeah I just pulled the latest from branch v1.x.x and I can't repro.

It's fixed in master, wait for next release or change your reverse proxy settings.
