Post to Social Media Options Missing

I'm sure that this is something silly, like I didn't install a needed plugin, but I can't figure out which one it would be. I've not installed a plugin for this in the past, I swear. I have a new community that was just stood up yesterday, https://findinghopetogether.org/ and when you go to a topic the options to post it to Twitter, Facebook and Google are missing. What do I need to get them set up?

It's a pure vanilla 1.2.0 install done fresh yesterday.

@scottalanmiller got to ACP -> General -> Social and make sure the options are turned on.
