How block connect to 127.0.0.1:4567 from web
Need access only from localhost

Is there any downside to doing this on systems if they are configured to run behind a local web server?

@rod if the NodeBB service is passed through Nginx or some other type of reverse proxy, then you should not have the NodeBB port exposed. You should bind to 127.0.0.1.
