[Solved] Upload images are displayed in a very large size

Wanted to check if this a bug or feature. https://community.nodebb.org/topic/9219/testing-big-image has a test image. Isn't the image way too big? I am using nodebb 1.1.0. I have tried to fix up the size in the Upload settings to 400px in my own forum but doesn't seem to affect the image size.

@girish setting the width in ACP upload settings only applies to images uploaded after the setting is applied. Won't change anything about already uploaded images.

@pichalite I have tried that as well but that has no effect. What settings does this forum use? The above black image displays as 918px on my screen here. The default size as per the UI is 760px.

@girish looking at the code I think there is a bug related to image upload resize.

@girish important point to note... Image resizing doesn't apply if you are using any image upload plugins.

nodebb-plugin-imgur is used here so, doesn't apply here.

Sent PR to fix the image resize. https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/pull/4864

One warning though... NodeBB keeps both original and resized images so, watch out for disk usage.
