The title says it all. I'm confused.
It's open source and free (GPLv3 Licensed). However the devs offer a paid hosting if you want to save the trouble setting up a (cloud) server.
We're actively looking into changing the site around so the free option is better showcased
@julian I think a table showing the difference comparing the features you get with paid hosting solution and the downloaded version will help.
