Reset cache

Hi guys,

I'm working on one plugin, that uses filter:parse.post
As I can see, when I'm updating plugin settings, I assume because of cache, updates doesn't reflect.

I think I can reset cache (module cache.reset()), so user doesn't need to reload/restart nodebb.
Is it a good idea?

Yes you can empty the entire cache with cache.reset() or remove specific posts by cache.remove(pid); Although doing it too frequently will affect performance.

@baris refactored the post tools and topic tools to load on demand for perf reasons, so I think the plugin needs to be updated for this change
