missing Group badges

Using Persona 0.1.30 - nodeBB 0.7.0, tried to delete some block variables in post.tpl and badges.tpl but no success. what do I have to do? searched for my problem but didn't found something that helps

Is there a way to do this automatic? we just use grouping for administration, users cant group on their own. we just want to show the real admins and moderators and forbid this option to choose to normal users

Would totally love if the user could select wether its auto or not, and multiple badges or not.
Seems like their is plenty of room for them in Persona theme as well.

Any chance for this to be done last minute for the 0.7.0 release

I think the fact that it's not automatic should be addressed, but I don't plan on doing multiple badges for Persona anytime soon.

I know there's room on desktop, but on mobile - not so much. There might be a cooler way to do this (dropdown or something?) but I can't think of anything this moment. Any cool ways other forum themes do multiple badges?

It feels like nodebb is mixing two different concepts into one with groups and badges.

If they were separated I could continue to use the badge-functionality to promote our users without necessarily giving them additional rights.

It's not interesting to know which groups people have joined (at least not so interesting that it needs to be added on each and every post they do).

I know what you're saying here. In theory a User could join multiple groups without too much thought. ( a mouse click )

Admin assigned groups 'some' should have the option of being automatically displayed, and maybe only admin assigned roles. This integration would give better handling for what @psychobunny is mentioning, with mobile/ipad integration.

I guess you could say, user groups and admin groups (roles?) are very different, and perhaps should not be displayed as user 'groups' under the groups page. Separated perhaps ?
