How to install nodeBB on windows 7?

Can it work without internet? I have bad connexion

@miguel To install the dependencies, you will need an internet connection. But once you've done that, it will run locally.

Out of curiosity, why run on Windows 7?

@scottalanmiller Usually for development reasons, saves messing around with dualbooting ubuntu or (in the case of bad internet) connecting to a VPS.

@julian "windows 4 lyf" Waiting for my Pi b+ to arrive! then I'll load ubuntu on that and use it as my development board, keep the normal b model pi for XBMC. Not sure how easy it is to cluster the raspberry pi.

However for something that's made in the UK, it takes long enough to post to me...
