@PitaJ Hello, i cant i must use it , my forum runs only via tor network.
Seems the issue was with my node version!
I run now the latest version **and it works , the forum loads with content.
People just check for nodebb.min.js, it should be available after the build, if not completed delete build and disable all plugin, except most important like markup and try to build again, this did helped me a lot!

@DownPW Yeap, but there a lot more then simply to put an IRC, i spent like whole day to figure everything out, neither i recommend to go my route, because you basically need to setup servers and this means a lot of maintenance work in future.

@julian I tend to avoid big cloud providers, i would prefer many small cloud providers communication via highly secure and encrypted protocols via internet.

Personally i would like to see a plugins for the integration with encrypted messaging services like IRC and XMPP.
The nodeBB should be a "relay point" serving all those incoming messages and sending back the responses from users.

Then we need working poll voting plugin, which can be used anonymously in tor network and in normal internet.

Then plugin which actually play video in the topic like flash player in former times of youtube, current plugins play videos but not as embedded video player.

I was send issue to Socket.io on GitHub.

This problems not only in Tor, with VPN too (every 10sec alert about bad connection on forum).

I hope this probmel have solution and it's can be fix with change configuration of socket or Nginx on NodeBB. But if it's not, this is bad news for people who life in country with censorsheps and they wants use NodeBB for freedom communication.
