Minifier is showing that it can't find some of the socket.io files. Make sure all of the dependencies are installed correctly (npm i --production)... perhaps try nuking node_modules/ and trying again?
I must've missed 'Default user settings' part. Thanks!
@julian Error seems to be occuring mostly to users using Safari (both mobile and desktop - MacOS). I don't have access to server right now, but will post additional data ASAP.
Same issue. Any updates?
@alff0x1f Thank you, will look into it.
@metalkramp it sounds like it may be easier for you to only use tags in this case, and use a custom plugin to display certain tags as if they are categories.
Due to problems with dbsearch plugin mentioned above I switched to solr plugin. Seems to resolve problems that occured with dbsearch + solr gives better search results.
What a nice surprise, didn't expect whole solution. Thank you very much!
Ok, I'll update to latest version and get back with results. Should I first pull 1.x.x branch and then on master or can I directly pull master branch?
@metalkramp If you are on 1.1.2, you should be able to just checkout the master branch. (master branch may contain additional bugs.)
Thank you, this solved my problem. Usually the easiest solution is the best one.
I found this: https://community.nodebb.org/topic/9492/open-new-topic-composer/6
It works from navbar but doesn't seem to work if I add the link on custom homepage.
I'm using plugins nodebb-plugin-custom-homepg and nodebb-plugin-custom-pages.
