Categories access control - "n-plicated" user groups

Hi!!!

I found this bug: administration -> categories -> category options -> access control -> close -> access-control -> close -> (repeat n times) => User Groups list is repeated n times in the "Category permissions" panel.
I'm running Nodebb 0.3.2
