Error: Another NodeBB is already running!

Hello fellows

I think I made a little mistake by shutting down the redis service for a database backup before shutting down NodeBB and now I'm getting this uncool error :
Error: Another NodeBB is already running!

Even after a fresh reboot of the computer.

The ./nodebb watch and ./nodebb dev commands are starting fine. But not the ./nodebb start

What could I do about that?

@tedr56 Looks like the pidfile was left over, you can safely delete it. I'll add in some checks so this doesn't happen again.

Fix to this has been pushed -- NodeBB shouldn't (fingers crossed) get trapped in a position where it complains that it is already running, when it isn't.
