Seed/dummy data?

Is there any plugin or solution available to seed the forum with test data for mockup purposes? Its usually a strain to have to copy and paste dummy topics and posts. - when I usually do, it takes up an hour or two.

@trevor you can use the rss plugin to create a bunch of topics quickly from rss feeds.
