@Friendship workspaces on the free plan are set to freeze after some inactivity in the IDE. you have to switch to their paid plan if you don't want that to happen.

yeah switch to their paid plan or keep doing something in the IDE every few hours (I think it freezes after 2 or 3 hours of inactivity)..
