Suggestions Needed on Installing nodebb on my site

I am a owner of savearound dot in and going to setup a forum for my site .
My site is having decent traffic and using shared hosting plan of hostgator . So my question if is i install nodebb on my site then would i need to change my hosting plan or shared plan will able to handle nodebb forum easily ?

@Vikash-Kumar225 you can't install NodeBB on shared hosting

NodeBB is designed to work best under a virtual private server. Using a traditional hosting service is not recommended as they do not have the capabilities to power NodeBB effectively.

help required urgently .
I want to set up whole nodebb system on my VPS server , i don't know to do a set up ,where should i write all commands .

@teh_g In that documentation where should i write all those commands, when i was working in cloud9 i can see the terminal there , but in my case of hostgator (virtual private server ) where should i write all my commands

Hostgator should give you a command line. If they don't, then they will not work for NodeBB. Again, we recommend DigitalOcean to host your NodeBB, you'll get a month free just by registering with this link.
