How to automatically generate thumbnail?

if first post has image attached, then make post thumbnail from that
if first post has video embed (youtube/vimeo), make post thumbnail from that

Is there a setting for this?

@julian I just updated to 1.17.2 and still have this issue where any topics created before the 1.17.0 upgrade don't display thumbnails.

Fixed with:
yes | ./nodebb upgrade
Using ubuntu's built in yes command you can force it to answer yes to a particular command, so I edited the start.sh script and forced it to answer yes to anything with prompts, would be great for this to be added to the official scripts if possible!

@julian Not sure if related, but 2FA isn't working again for whatever version community.nodebb is running right now, I just tried to disable 2FA and nothing happens (Trying to port over my codes to a new device)
