Once you setup the permissions for guests on one category you can copy it to all other categories. See screenshot below.
I have a number of posts which I have deleted. I'd like them to be fully purged rather than deleted and greyed out for admins.
Anyone know of a way to bulk purge posts? If not, Is there something I can run directly against Mongo to do this manually?
Topic Tools > Delete Posts> Select the posts you wish to purge then click purge.
@baris is "Topic Tools" a plugin? I dont see it in my dashboard menu
Topic Tools is available to admins and mods inside each topic.
Thanks. I'm still not seeing an option to bulk purge. What version of NodeBB supports this? I actually want to bulk purge topics, not posts.
In that drop down there is 'Delete Topic' but it doesnt seem to do anything.Version is 0.9. If your answer is 'upgrade' then I can't right now. I will probably upgrade to 0.9.3 at some point but not to 1.x as I havent tested it yet.
I figured it out - You have to click the icon at the far left of each topic which then turns into a checked circle - this wasnt intuitive to me.
